Is it possible to use a barbecue on its site?
Yes, by taking all the necessary precautions for those around you, but especially for you and your family.
Otherwise, you can also use the fixed barbecues of the campsite (the grills are to be asked, or even reserved, at the reception).
Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch number?
Your wishes for a specific pitch or rental unit on the campsite can only be fulfilled if we are able to accommodate you on arrival.
However, you can let us know if you wish to be closer to the sanitary facilities, the swimming pool, or the plain…
What are the conditions when other people come to visit me at the campsite?
For a very short visit, less than 2 hours, visitors simply come to the reception, for more than 2 hours, they come to the reception and pay the price of 3€/person. The visited customer can ask us to add the price of the visits on his invoice.
For camping sites: If the visit includes one or more nights, the camping site rate applies. Visitors are always required to check in at the front desk.
For rentals: If the visit includes one or more nights, the rental rate (1/7 per night) applies. Visitors are always required to check in at the front desk.
LOCATIONS
Are hot showers free?
Yes, the sanitary block of the campsite is in free access. It includes of course toilets, washbasin cabins and showers with mixed hot water, but also a large cabin with a bathtub and changing table for babies and sanitary facilities adapted for the disabled.
Is it possible to rent a refrigerator?
Yes, on reservation (limited number), we install on your pitch (under shelter, tent, awning or other, not provided!) a refrigerator “Table Top” 110L for 6.00€/day with a minimum of 7 days.
It is of course advisable to have taken a site with electricity. A deposit of 50€ is required.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept personal coolers or water bottles.
RENTALS
Do you rent sheets?
Yes, at the price of 12€ for a pair of disposable sheets for large beds and 9€ for a pair of disposable sheets for small beds.
Are pets allowed in the rentals?
Yes, small pets on legs are welcome, in the respect of the furniture, the rental and an adapted maintenance. They are subject to a specific rate (as for the pitches), 3€ /night.
Is it possible to park more than one vehicle on the site?
Yes, but it should be indicated on the rental agreement as required. A specific rate applies (as for a camping pitch) of 3.00 €/night.
SERVICES
Can we buy bread and pastries on site?
Yes, every day during the entire opening period of the campsite, having taken care to have placed and paid for your order the day before.
Please note: bread and pastries (from the artisan baker of La Chapelle-Aubareil) can be picked up at the reception, from 9 am in low and mid season; in July/August from 8:30 am at the bar.
Where can I shop for food?
The grocery store of the campsite is of course only a point of repair to allow you to find on the spot the products of first need. A grocery store with bread and newspapers is installed in the village.
The nearest supermarket is in Montignac (Intermarché) at about 10mn by car.
Do you have a washing machine, dryer and how is the ironing organized?
Two 7 kg washing machines and a professional dryer with tokens are at your disposal. Tokens can be purchased at the reception desk (laundry detergent is provided with the token for washing).
For ironing, we lend you the ironing board and iron free of charge.
How does WIFI work?
The access to the internet is free of charge for 2 hours/day, on the whole campsite. We can also offer you subscriptions (see rates and conditions at the reception).
ACTIVITIES
Are the activities free?
Access to the aquatic area, the children’s playground, the bouncy castles, the city stadium and the trampolines is included in the price of your stay.
Most of the other activities are also free (kids club, daytime and evening activities), or with a minimum participation (for example: 2 €/grille for the LOTO). Only the organizations with an external speaker (canoe, visits of the various sites…) or including the meal (pedestrian exit, evening meal with topic) are paying.
